Speed Sensorless Vector Control System of Bearingless Induction Motors Based on Mutual MRAS Scheme

摘要 针对无轴承异步电机无速度传感器运行的需要,提出了一种交互式模型参考自适应系统的参数辨识方法,实现了转子速度和定子电阻的在线独立辨识。计算机仿真和实验结果表明,无轴承异步电机转矩绕组定子磁场定向的交互式模型参考自适应控制系统能在大负载扰动下实现无速度传感器方式的电机稳定悬浮运行,验证了本文所提方案的有效性。 A method of parameter identification based on mutual model reference adaptive system(MRAS) is proposed, rotor speed and stator resistance are independently adapted on-line, which will meet the need of speed sensorless operation for bearingless induction motors. The computer simulation and experimental results show that mutual model reference adaptive control system of bearingless induction motor based on stator flux orientation of motor winding is able to achieve stable speed sensorless suspension operation for bearingless induction motor under the condition of heavy load disturbance and validity of proposed control strategy is proved.
