摘要
在输出端安装滤波器是消除现代逆变器负面效应的有效方法,完全依赖滤波器理论的设计方法非常复杂,并且设计结果还需要通过大量实验来修正。本文提出一种基于实际样本参数的逆变器输出滤波器设计原理:首先根据滤波器的物理结构和实际考虑因素,建立含有若干待定系数的滤波器电感和电容的近似拟合函数;再利用若干性能优良的典型滤波器样本的实际参数,对这些拟合函数进行优化,从而得到某系列滤波器参数的实用设计函数。由于利用了典型样本参数,使得设计结果更加合理,因而减少或避免了设计后的实验代价。并用本文方法设计了3kVA逆变器输出滤波器,验证了方法的有效性。
It is an effective method to mitigate the negative effects caused by modern inverters to fit the filters at the inverter output terminals. In this paper, a simplified design principle based on the typical sample parameters of the commercially available inverter output filters is proposed. The spline functions of the inductance and the capacitance with some coefficients are built firstly according to the topology of the filter and the practical considerations. Then, the optimizations of the functions are carried out by means of the typical sample filter so that the useful design functions for some series of filters are obtained. The experiment cost will be reduced or avoided because the practical samples of the filters are applied so that the design results will be more suitable for actual situations. A 3kVA prototype is completed to confirm the validity of the method proposed in this paper.
