归龙丸方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例总结

A Summary on 30 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Guilong Pills

目的:探讨归龙丸方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将本病60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用归龙丸方治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组在改善神经功能传导速度、血液流变学指标及血脂方面与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),但两组在降糖方面比较却无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:归龙丸方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效明显。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by Guilong pills. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated by Guilong pills and eases in the control group were treated by western medicine. Results ： The improvements of nerve conduction velocity, rheology index and blood fat in the treatment group had significant difference as compared with that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01 ） ,but there were no statistical significance in reducing blood sugar between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Guilong pills had significant effect for treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
