Describes in detail the ZZL-2200/2.5 large-size HV continuous coiling/coating system for broad plastic films, including its operating principle, construction, main performance, key points in design innovation and wide prospect in application. Analyzes the main influencing factors on the Al-coated film quality and productive benefits, and discusses the way to solve them. Puts stress on discussing the technological principle of the dual-cooling hanging rollers for Al plating and spreading out the plastic film to coil it, which solves well the problem that the bright of dark stripes are often found on the surface of CPP cast-film as substrate on which Al is plated. A distinctive design of the evaporation mechanism for cooling and the evaporation boat moving by gravity flow is proposed first, which is of importance to the productive efficiency of the coiling/ coating system.
