虎杖中白藜芦醇苷提取方法及工艺的优化

Optimization of extraction of polydatin from Polygonum cuspidatum

目的:建立虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的提取方法及工艺。方法:采用回流提取、CO2超临界流体萃取、超声提取的方法,测定虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的含量。结果:从虎杖中提取白藜芦醇苷的最佳工艺为20倍75%乙醇回流提取1 h,白藜芦醇苷的得率达到25.8 mg.g-1。结论:采用乙醇回流方式提取白藜芦醇苷的效果明显优于水回流提取、CO2超临界流体萃取以及超声提取的效果。

Objective：To establish a extraction method of polydatin from Polygonum cuspidatum.Methods：The content of polydatin was determined by a HPLC method.The effect of reflux,supercritical fluid CO2 and supersonic wave on polydatin extraction was compared.Results：The optimum technology was to adopt the reflux extraction for 1 h with 20 times volume of 75% alcohol,and the yield reached 25.8 mg·g^-1.Conclusion：The effect of alcohol reflux extraction was superior to the others.
