摘要
核心力量训练引起国内专家学者们的关注,尤其在我国高水平运动员的素质训练中已被相当一些教练员所接受,为了明晰核心力量与传统力量训练之间的关系,主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和对比分析法对核心力量与传统力量训练的关系进行了分析。研究发现,在核心力量训练中增加的一个"不稳定因素"——核心稳定性训练成为分析核心力量与传统力量训练之间关系的关键。增加的这一不稳定因素不仅是增加了力量训练的难度,而且为传统力量训练增添了鲜活的因素,它从训练理念到训练方法等方面为传统力量训练作出了的补充和发展,今后如何将这种基础性的核心力量训练与专项训练相融合将有待于理论和实践的深入研究。
Core strength training attracts the attention of sport experts in China, especially is accepted by the many coaches in the fitness training of elite athletes. In order to examine the relationship between core strength and traditional strength training, the document method and theory and logic analytical method were used. In the core strength training, an unstable factor, core stability, is the key to analyze the relationship between core strength and traditional strength training. This unstable factor not only increases the difficulty of strength training but also develops the traditional strength training on training methods. While how to combine core strength training and the special training we should do the further study from theoretical and the practical research.
