摘要
为避免患者出现低体温的情况,在手术中采取有效的保温措施是必要的。本文介绍了医用保温毯的研究现状,医用保温毯的常见类型如加热式保温毯、水循环式保温毯和充气式保温毯的结构特点及功能。阐述了充气式保温谈的关键技术如气孔结构、人体温度检测和控制以及输气量的控制,最后总结了研究充气式保温毯的意义及其应用前景。
It is paramount important to take effective insulation measures to avoid the risk of lower body temperature of a patient in surgery. In this paper, the state-of-the-art of medical insulation blankets is reviewed, and the configuration and the function of three main medical insulation blankets such as the heating blanket, the water-cycle insulation blanket arid the air insulation blanket are introduced. Some key technologies concerning the air insulation blanket are discussed in detail including the pore structure of the outlet, the detection and control of the body temperature and the control of the input air quantity. At the end, the application prospect of the air insulation blankets is high- lighted and its future trends are predicted.
