高速下摆式光学透镜抛光机的研发

摘要 传统光学透镜抛光机存在主轴摆动惯性大,机架易产生振动,整机稳定性差等严重影响产品精度的问题。本文在充分研究传统光学透镜加工设备性能的基础上,利用虚拟样机技术,研发了一套能够克服上述设备缺陷的新型高精度光学透镜抛光机。通过虚拟样机技术,不仅能解决传统研发方法的不足,而且能有效地降低抛光机的研发成本、缩短研发周期。 The tradition optical lens pohshing machine existence main axle swinging inertia is big, the rack easy to have the vibration, the complete machine stability inferior serious influence product precision question. This article in the full research tradition optical lens processing equipment performance's foundation, the use virtual prototyping researched and developed a set to be able to overcome the above equipment flaw the new high accuracy optical lens polishing machine. Through virtual prototyping, not can only solve the traditional research and development method insufficiency, moreover can reduce polishing machine's research and development cost, the reduction research and development cycle effectively.
