提高颗粒脂肪注射移植隆乳成活率的方法探讨

Study the methods to elevate the survival rate of grafting auto fat granules for mammaplasty

目的:探讨如何提高自体颗粒脂肪注射隆乳的成活率。方法:通过负压抽吸的方法抽取患者自体脂肪富有部位的脂肪颗粒,进行漂洗、沉淀处理后,将其注射移植到双乳。在术前、术中、术后各个环节严格把关以提高成活率。结果:本组51例患者均取得较满意效果,有3例出现了局部的硬化,无一例出现脂肪坏死,液化。胸围增大4～8cm,平均6.5cm;乳房凸度增加1.5～3cm,平均2.5cm,移植脂肪成活率60%～80%。随访2～3年,外形保持良好。结论:术前严格筛查,术中减少对脂肪细胞的损伤,创造适宜的脂肪细胞生存环境,术后必要的局部红外线治疗,是提高移植脂肪成活率的关键。

Objective To study how to elevate the survival rate of grafting auto fat granules for mammaplasty. Methods Through the method of negative press sucking the fat granules of the patients fat wealthy regions,undertake poaching and sedimentation,then graft it to two brest for mammaplasty. Stringently check on at preoperative and metaoperative and postoperative to elevate the survival rate. Results This class 51 patients all have satisfactory effects ,three patients have focal hardening ,no patients have fat colliquation or necrosis.Chest circumference accrete 4～8cm,average6.5cm, mamma＇s convexity accrete 1.5-3cm,average 2.5cm, survival rate about 60% ～80%.Follow up 2N3years,shapes are good. Conclusion Severitily select before operation,decrease the detriment of the fat cell,create eligible living environment for fat cell. Necessary infrared therapy at postopration,all these are the key point of elevating survival rate of grafting fat granules.
