小切口中厚皮瓣联合弹力绷带包扎腋臭根治术

Radical treatment of bromidrosis by inter-mediate thickness skin graft under small incision and stretch bandage

目的:探索一种能根治腋臭且能减少并发症的外科手术方法。方法:局部肿胀麻醉下,通过腋后皱襞1.0～1.5cm顺皮纹小切口,于皮下脂肪层潜行剥离一稍大于腋毛边界1.0cm的完整腔隙,把带有汗腺及毛囊的皮肤修剪成中厚皮片厚度,术毕放置引流条,自粘性弹力绷带加压包扎。结果:本法共治疗61例腋臭患者,术后无皮下血肿,无皮瓣坏死等并发症。术后3～12个月随访,腋窝无异味,切口无明显瘢痕,上肢活动无影响。结论:腋窝横皱襞小切口中厚皮片法治疗腋臭,具有满意的临床疗效和良好的美容效果。

Objective To explore a surgical technique in the treatment of bromidrosis with minor complications. Methods under tumescent anesthesia,one small incision about 1.0～1.5cm was made along the axillary crease. A scissors was inserted to separate the full lacuna in subcutaneous tissue till 1.0cm extending to the edage of axilla. Trimming the skin with apocrine glands and hairfollicle to inter-mediate thickness skin graft, a drainage strip was placed in the incision and pressure dressing by self-stick bandage. Results 61 case of bromidrosis were cured comietely. There were no cases with complications such as hematoma and skin flap necrosis. Through 3～12 months follow-up. The function for upper extremity is good without visible scar. Conclusion Intermediate thickness skin graft with horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method is good for bromidrosis with the advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and good aesthetic appearance.
