病理性瘢痕组织中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测病理性瘢痕组织中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测58例病理性瘢痕(增生性瘢痕30例,瘢痕疙瘩28例)、30例非病理性瘢痕及28例正常皮肤组织中SDF-1、CXCR4的表达。结果:SDF-1在病理性瘢痕中的阳性表达率均高于非病理性瘢痕与正常皮肤组织(P<0.01),且在瘢痕疙瘩中的阳性表达率高于增生性瘢痕(P<0.05)。CXCR4在病理性瘢痕、非病理性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织中均为低表达或不表达,且各组间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SDF-1/CXCR4生物轴在病理性瘢痕形成过程中的作用是通过SDF-1的表达升高实现的。 Objective To explore the expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in pathologic scar. Methods The expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in 58 cases of pathologic scar (30 cases of hypertrophic scar, 28 cases of keloid), 30 cases of non-pathologic scar, and 28 cases of normal skin tissue were detected using immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of SDF-1 in pathologic scar, non-pathologic scar, and normal skin tissue were significant different (P〈0.01). The expressions of CXCR4 in pathologic scar, non-pathologic scar, and normal skin tissue had not statistical difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The up-regulation of SDF-1 may play an important role in the formation of pathologic scar.
