镀钴碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料吸波性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了在雷达X波段(8~12GHz)内获得良好的吸收效果,采用对KOH活化处理后的碳纳米管(CNTs)进行化学镀钴,然后均匀分散在环氧树脂中制成碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料。用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、XRD对镀钴多壁碳纳米管进行微观表征,用弓型法测量在2.0~18.0GHz频段内的雷达吸波性能,用高阻仪测试复合材料试样的体积电阻率。测量数据表明,在相同的碳管质量分数(2%)下,与原生碳管相比,镀钴碳管/环氧树脂复合材料的单吸收峰成功移至X频段,吸收频宽(R<-10dB)明显增大,吸收强度也有所增强。新型碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的体积电阻率在106~107Ω·cm数量级,具备良好的抗静电能力。 Cobalt was deposited on the surface of KOH-treated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by the electroless technique. The morphology and microstructure were characterized and measured by using TEM, SEM and XRD. The microwave absorbing properties and resistances of the Co-coated CNTs/epoxy composite were measured. It has been found that the maximum absorbing peak of Co-coated CNTs/epoxy composite is successfully moved to X frequency area. The absorbing frequency band becomes wider and the absorbing strength is increased slightly.
