等离子喷涂镍铬硼硅结构性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用大气等离子喷涂方法制备镍铬硼硅耐磨涂层,对涂层的结合强度、硬度等性能进行分析,对机械加工后的涂层进行显微组织分析。研究结果表明,等离子喷涂工艺可用于制备镍铬硼硅耐磨涂层,该涂层具有较高的硬度和良好的耐磨性。 Abrasion resistant coating of Ni-Cr-B-Si was prepared by using atmospheric plasma spraying method,bonding strength, hardness and other properties of the coating were analyzed, microstructure after machining was observed.Research results show that abrasion resistant coating of Ni-Cr-B-Si with high hardness and good abrasion resistance can be prepared by plasma spray process.
