摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备SiCP/Al复合材料,研究增强相粒径及含量对SiCp/Al复合材料抗弯强度的影响。结果发现:当增强相粒径不变,随着增强相含量的增加,SiCP/Al复合材料的抗弯强度降低;增强相含量较低时SiCP/Al复合材料的抗弯强度比增强相含量高的SiCP/Al复合材料的抗弯强度高。与其他研究者的结论进行比较,发现不论采用什么方法制备SiCP/Al复合材料,结果都表明增强相含量为10%的SiCP/Al复合材料具有较大的抗弯强度。
SiC particles reinforced aluminum-based (SiCp/Al) composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy. Then the influence of size and content of SiC particle on the bending strength of SiCp/Al composite was studied by experiments. The results showed that when the size of SiC particle was unchanged, there was a nonlinear decline variation in the bending strength of SiCp/Al composite with the volume fraction of SiC particle increasing;the bending strength of SiCp/Al composite with low content of SiC particle was always higher than that with high content of SiC particle. No matter what fabricating methods were adopted, the bending strength of SiCp/Al composite reached its maximum when the volume content of SiC was 10%.
