摘要
为探讨超抗原金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素B(staphlococcusaureusenterotoxinB,SEB)对小鼠免疫细胞凋亡的影响,采用形态学观察及DNA断裂指标检测了SEB诱导小鼠免疫细胞凋亡的剂量和效应关系。结果表明,12.5μg、25μg和50μgSEB均可引起部分胸腺细胞、脾细胞和肠系膜淋巴结细胞出现核固缩、核断裂及凋亡小体形成等形态学变化。上述免疫细胞DNA琼脂糖电泳可见典型的“梯状”带。而对照组免疫细胞未见上述明显变化。本实验结果表明超抗原SEB可诱导小鼠免疫细胞凋亡。
おpoptosis is very importment in embryonic development,hematopoiesis and immune regulation. There are many factors to induce cell apoptosis. In this paper, we investigate the apoptotic inducing effect of staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B (SEB) on murine immunocytes. The morphological observation is mainly used, accompanying with measurement of DNA fragmentation. The results show that SEB can induce nuclear condensation,DNA fragmentation and formation of apoptotic bodies in experimental group immunocytes. DNA from the mentioned above cells appears to be typical 'ladder' band. There is no distinct changes in the control group. These results show that superantigen SEB can induce apoptosis in murine immunocytes.
