艾滋病并发细菌性肺炎的胸部X线表现

RADIOGRAPHIC MANIFESTATIONS OF BACTERIA PNEUMONIA IN PATIENTS WITH THE ACQUIRED IMMUNODEFICIENCY SYNDROME(AIDS)

①目的探讨艾滋病并发细菌性肺炎的胸部Ｘ线表现。②方法对１６例非州成人艾滋病合并细菌性肺炎病人的胸部Ｘ线照片及有关临床资料进行回顾性分析。③结果１０例呈大叶性肺炎Ｘ线表现，６例为支气管肺炎Ｘ线表现。其中３例出现空洞，８例肺门增大，２例胸腔积液。６例接受治疗的病人中，５例复查胸片病变好转。④结论艾滋病合并细菌性肺炎Ｘ线表现为大叶性肺炎和支气管肺炎。

Objective To describe the chest radiographic manifestations of the bacteria pneumonia in patients with AIDS . Methods The chest films and clinical appearances of 16 African ADIS patients with bacteria pneumonia were studied retrospectively. Results Abnormalities were present on radiographs of all 16 patients including lobar pneumonia in 10 patients, bronchopneumonia in 6 patients, of which cavities were shown in 3 patients, accentuated hilum was seen in 8 patients, pleural effusions were present in 2 patients. Antimicrobial therapy was effective in 5 out of 6 patients who received conventional antibiotic therapy. Conclusion Lobar pneumonia and bronchopneumonia were the radiographic manifestations of bacteria pneumonia in patients with AIDS. The radiographic diagnosis must be confirmed by HIV examination and sputum culture for bacteria.
