摘要
阿胶，至今已有2600年的悠久历史。战国时成书的《禹贡》、汉朝《淮南子》对阿胶均有记载，中国现存最早的药物学专著《神农本草经》将其列为“上品”，《本草纲目》称之为“圣药”。
In 1983, Yang Fu＇an was assigned to work in Pingyin Donkey-hide Gelatin ,Factory in Dong E Town, ShandongProvince, As one of the first batch of intellectuals in this factory, he started to learn the traditional technology of boiling gelatin from the workers when he came into the workshop.
