分化型甲状腺癌的颈部淋巴结超声检查与病理的对照分析 被引量：4

摘要 分化型甲状腺癌（differentiated thyroid carcinoma．DTC）占甲状腺癌的大多数，且有20％～50％伴淋巴结转移。因残留的转移淋巴结（metastatic lymph node，MLN）占颈部复发的大多数，所以手术彻底切除原发病灶和MLN是最重要的影响预后因素。本研究旨在探讨超声检查发现的颈部淋巴结特征与原发性DTC伴淋巴结转移的关系，以提高MLN的发现和清除率并改善预后。
