镍铬合金烤瓷冠冠组织面离子析出的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究含铬质量分数不同的两种镍铬合金烤瓷冠在人工唾液中镍、铬离子的析出量。方法用含铬质量分数为26.0%和12.6%的镍铬烤瓷合金,烧结成各12颗烤瓷冠,分别放于人工唾液中,于1、2、4、8、16、32周末用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测量各样本在人工唾液中的镍、铬离子浓度。结果1)低铬和高铬合金冠组样本中铬离子析出量从1~4周逐渐增加,然后逐渐下降;高铬合金冠组镍离子析出于第4周达到高峰,而低铬合金冠组镍离子的析出呈持续缓慢地上升;2)实验前后低铬合金冠组烤瓷冠的质量差别大于高铬合金冠组,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论1)低铬和高铬合金冠组铬离子的析出量均于第4周达高峰;2)低铬合金冠组镍离子的析出明显高于高铬合金冠组;3)实验前后低铬合金冠组样本的质量损失明显大于高铬合金冠组。 Objective To study and analyze the quantity of the Ni-ion and Cr-ion educed from two types of Ni-Cr-poreelain alloy erowns in artificial saliva, to instruct clinical applications. Methods Ni-Cr porcelain alloy which contains Cr 26.0% and 12.6% were fritted into 24 Ni-Cr porcelain fused to metal crowns, and divided two groups according to Cr concentration. Both two groups included 12 ones respectively. Twenty-four samples were averagely divided into two groups. Group A: High-chromium alloy group; Group B: Low-chromium alloy group. They were put into artificial saliva in sealed eontainer. The concentration of Ni-ion and Cr-ion were measured at the first, second, fourth, eighth, sixteenth and thirty-second weekends with graphite furnaee atomie absorption spee trometry. Results 1)The educed Cr-ion from 24 samples of two groups increased slowly at the first weekend to the four week, then decreased. The edueed Ni-ion from 24 samples kept increasing from first weekend to the thirty-second weekend. 2)The mass of low-chromium porcelain alloy group decreased were more than that of high-chromium alloy group after experiment (P〈0.01). Conclusion 1)The educed chromium ion level reached the peak at the forth weekend. 2)The educed nickel ion in the low-ehrornium alloy group was much higher than that of the high-chromium alloy group. 3)The loss of mass in low-chromium alloy group was much higher than in the high- chromium alloy group.
