AH Plus与CCQ碘仿糊剂根管充填的疗效比较

The compare of curative effect between AH Plus and CCQ iodoform paste and gutta after root canal filling

目的比较AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖、CCQ碘仿糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管后的患牙疼痛反应和疗效。方法将300颗患牙随机分为AHPlus糊剂组和CCQ碘仿糊剂组,在行常规根管治疗术的基础上分别采用AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖和CCQ碘仿糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管,观察术后1周内患牙疼痛发生情况以及术后12个月的疗效。结果疼痛发生率AHPlus糊剂组术后较CCQ碘仿糊剂组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月疗效,AHPlus糊剂组高于CCQ碘仿糊剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管可有效降低术后患牙的疼痛反应,与CCQ碘仿糊剂加牙胶尖比较,远期疗效有意义。

Objective To compare the AH Plus paste and gntta, CCQ iodoform paste and gntta after root canal filling response and efficacy. Methods 300 teeth were randomly divided into groups and AH Plus paste CCQ iodoform paste group. Two expert conventional root canal therapy on the basis of paste were used AH Plus and gutta and CCQ iodoform paste and gntta root canal filling. Postoperative pain occurred within one week after march, as well as the efficacy. Results AH Plus paste group the incidence of postoperative pain than low CCQ iodoform paste group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） after three months AH Plus paste group of higher CCQ iodoform paste group, but there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion AH Plus paste and gntta root canal filling can be effective in reducing postoperative pain response, and CCQ iodoform paste and gutta comparison, the long-term effect there was significant difference.
