Follow up is a very important part of orthodontic clinical practice since it provides a feedback to the treatment effect. Orthodontists should follow up patients with emphasis not only on long and effective observation with an adequate level of scientific research quality, but also on noting any problems advent during treatment, hence experience accumula tion. Therefore,application of clinical follow up in orthodontics is beneficial to both the patient and the orthodontist.
