益母草加宫复康颗粒治疗中晚期妊娠引产术后宫缩不良310例临床观察

The clinical observation of Motherwort Palace Rehabilitation Particles on the treatment of 310 patients with poor uterine contraction after the induction delivery of middle and late-stage pregnancy

目的:研究观察益母草加宫复康颗粒治疗中、晚期妊娠引产后宫缩不良的临床效果。方法:选择2006年2月～2007年12月意外妊娠来我院引产的310例孕妇,随机分为益母草加宫复康治疗组158例和常规应用宫缩素、抗生素、止血剂对照组152例,观察两组术后症状改善、出血停止和恶露干净的时间。结果:治疗组症状改善、出血停止和恶露干净的时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益母草加宫复康颗粒治疗引产术后宫缩不良、产后出血、恶露等疗效显著。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of Motherwort Palace Rehabilitation Particles on the treatment of poor uterine contraction after the induction delivery of middle and late-stage pregnancy. Methods： 310 pregnant women who were unexpected pregnant for the induction delivery in our hospital from February 2006-2007 were selected as the subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups： Motherwort Palace Rehabilitation Particles treatment group （158 cases） and control group（152 cases）, the treatment group was treated with Motherwort Palace Rehabilitation Particles, and the control group was treated with oxytocin, antibiotics and haemostat, then the improvement of symptoms, stopping hemrrhage time and lochia disappearring time in the two groups were observed. Results： The improvement of symptoms, stopping hemrrhage time and lochia disappearring time of were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conlusion： Motherwort Palace Rehabilitation Particles showes a marked effect on treating the poor uterine contraction, postpartum hemorrhage and lochia after the induction delivery.
