骨伤科外用中药驳骨黄水毒理学研究

Toxicological study of the traditional Chinese medicine for external application Boguhuangshui in tramotology and orthopedics

目的:为确保临床用药的安全,对外用中药驳骨黄水进行毒理学研究。方法:按新药的有关要求作如下试验,小鼠腹腔注射急性毒性试验,家兔急性皮肤刺激性试验,豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验。结果:该药物小鼠腹腔注射半数致死量(LD50)为9.25ml/kg;对兔正常皮肤和破损皮肤未见有刺激反应;对豚鼠皮肤无致敏作用。结论:驳骨黄水动物外用是可安全的,腹腔注射有一定的毒性,为临床应用提供了参考。

Objective： To study the toxicology of the traditional Chinese medicines for external application Boguhuangshui and to assure the safty of new drug in clinical application. Methods： The following tests were done according to the requirement of developing new drugs, The intraperitoneal injection toxicology on kunming mice; the skin irritating tests on rabbits; the skin allergic tests on guinea pigs. Results： The LD50 was 9.25 ml/kg. It had no irritating and allergic effects on skins. Conclusion： The external application of Boguhuangshui is safe. It has certain toxic action for intraperitoneal injection.All these research are useful for clinical application.
