多茎委陵菜化学成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents from the whole plant of Potentilla multicaulis Bunge

目的:对多茎委陵菜Potentilla multicaulis Bunge.的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:对多茎委陵菜的70%乙醇提取物利用大孔树脂梯度洗脱和反复硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:4个化合物,分别鉴定为吐叶醇(vomifoliol,1)、乌苏酸(ursolic acid,2)、委陵菜酸(tormentic acid,3)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,4)。结论:化合物1～4均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Potentilla multicaulis Bunge.. Methods： The constituents of the 70% ethanol extract of the whole plant of Potentilla multicaulis Bunge.were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods. The structures were confirmed on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results： Four compounds were isolated and identified as vomifoliol（1）, ursolic acid（2）, tormentic acid（3）, oleanolic acid（4）. Conclusion： Compouds 1-4 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
