摘要
目的:总结贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压症的疗效。方法:采用贲门周围血管离断、胃小弯浆膜化治疗门脉高压症。结果:37例门脉高压症患者术中(择期手术27例、急诊手术10例)无一例死亡,术后随访1～5年,无一例再出血。结论:贲门周围血管离断术是基层医院治疗门脉高压症的一种操作简单、近期及远期疗效满意的手术方法。
Objective： To summarize the effect of the pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension. Methods： The cases underwent the operation of perieardial devascularization. Results： In the total 37 cases involved in operations, 27 cases were in time selecting operation, 10 cases were in emergency operaions, and no death occurred. In the 1-5 years of follow-up, no rehaemorrhagia was found. Conclusion： The operation of pericardial devascularization is an effective treatment in public hospital.
