慢性疾病治疗措施持续有效的充分必要条件

The ample and necessary conditions of persistent effectiveness in treating chronic diseases

现代医学没有关于治疗效果稳定性的系统探索。受中医治病求本的启发,本文提出持续有效的概念,通过与慢性疾病、主动免疫的分析与类比,论证持续有效的可行性,并得出在慢性疾病的治疗中,治疗措施持续有效的充分必要条件是:在治疗措施引起的间接作用序列中,存在多个相互支持的反馈循环,并且其中至少一个反馈循环能输出治疗作用。

There is no any systematic explorision on stability of therapeutic effect. Lightened by the upper idea, the concept of persistent effectiveness is advanced in this article. Through comparing it with chronic diseases and active immunine and analyzing them, it is demonstrated that persistent effectiveness is feasible. The ample and necessary conditions of it in the treatment of chronic diseases is： in the indirect acting alignment, there are multiple feedback circulations, at least one of them can export effect of treatment.
