The popular re-study of history and reality since 1980s has resulted in emergence of many novel terms such as cultural and historical mode, social and cultural trends, etc. The best-known of these expressions is ＂менталитет＂ which has frequently appeared in academic papers, mass media and newspapers and has been used by sociologists as a magic therapy to explain away all problems. It has even been used to cover up the unknown things in the research field.
