摘要 2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤作为全球性的健康威胁备受关注。近年来研究发现,糖尿病与肿瘤的发生发展及治疗等密切相关,本文从流行病学及分子机制等方面就2型糖尿病与恶性肿瘤的关系作一综述。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignant neoplasms have been becoming a worldwide health problem. More and more studies suggested that type 2 diabetes mellitus plays an important role in the pathogenesis, development and treatment of malignant neoplasms. This article summarizes the progress in researches on association between type 2 diabetes mellitus and malignant neoplasms from the aspects of epidemiology and mechanisms.
