This paper analyses the problems existed in the actual operation.of the supervising committee of the listed company, finds out the reasons which make the supervising system unbalanced and the supervising weak. It puts forward a few measures for strengthening the supervising system of the listed company＇s supervising committee and making the members of the supervising committee work actively.
