摘要
目的探讨CT引导穿刺抽液与医用胶注射治疗肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法对38个肾囊肿,在CT定位及引导下行肾囊肿穿刺,抽净囊液后注入医用胶。结果38个肾囊肿中34例囊肿消失(89.5%),3例明显缩小,总有效率97.4%。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺肾囊肿,抽液后注射医用胶,完全能达到控制囊肿的疗效,且不出现毒副作用,使用安全有效。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of CT guided percutaneous puncture and drainage plus medical adhesive injection for renal cysts. Methods 38 renal cysts patients were treated with CT guided puncture and drainage plus medical adhesive injection. Results Among 38 cysts, 34 cases disappeared （89.5%）; 3 cysts were reduced in size, the effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous cysts puncture and drainage plus medical adhesive injection is a useful and safe procedure for the treatment of renal cysts.
