疏肝祛瘀排石汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Postcholecystectomy Syndrome by the Treatment of Shugan Quyu Paishi Tang

目的观察疏肝祛瘀排石汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床疗效。方法将101例患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组49例,治疗组服中药疏肝祛瘀排石汤,对照组仅以西药对症治疗,疗程20d。两组分别进行治疗前后对比观察,判定疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组52例,治愈21例,显效18例,好转9例,无效4例,总有效率为92.3%;对照组49例,治愈13例,显效14例,好转10例,无效12例,总有效率为75.5%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过中药疏肝祛瘀排石汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of postcholecystetomy syndrome by the treatment of Shugan Quyu Paishi Tang. Methods 101 cases were divided into treatment group（52 cases） and control group（49 cases） randomly, the treatment group was treated by Shugan Quyn Paishi Tang and control group was treated on symptoms, 20 days as a course. Then observed and contrasted the two groups, and analyzed by statistics. Results There were 21 cases curative, 18 cases excellent, 9 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.3% in treatment group （52 cases）; there were 13 cases curative, 14 cases excellent, 0 cases effective and 12 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 75.5% in control group（49 cases）. The two groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It shows that Shugan Quyu Paishi Tang is quite effective for postcholecystectomy syndrome.
