腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗

Operative Treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法和治疗效果。方法随访2003年3月～2007年10月,手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症108例。其中开窗46例,环行开窗39例,半椎板7例,全椎板16例。结果术后随访1～8年,平均3.6年,按Nakai评定标准,优良率91.7%。结论手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显。合理选择术式、充分减压、保持脊柱稳定、术后重视康复训练等方面是提高手术疗效的关键。

Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques and results of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods From March 2003 to October 2007,108 cases with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc had been treated with operative methods. In these patients 46 cases were performend with open-window, 39 cases were performend with circle open-window,7 cases were performend with semi-pedicle excision, 16 cases were performend with pedicle excision. Results All the cases were followed-up for average of 3.6 years（range 1 to 8 year）. The clinical results were evaluated according to Nakai. Excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion It is an effective methods for the operative treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. The sticking point in improving operative effect is the correct choosing operative methods,decompressing enough,to keep spinal stability and the recognition on healing exercitation after operation.
