大埔县2007年免疫规划乙型肝炎疫苗使用情况调查分析

Survey and Analysis of the Use of Hepatitis B Vaccine Immunization Program in Dabu in 2007

目的了解免疫规划乙肝疫苗的使用情况,为合理使用乙肝疫苗和制订乙肝疫苗使用计划提供科学依据。方法查对接种单位疫苗账目,与一类疫苗报表中乙肝疫苗报告数进行比较,参照差值评价法进行评价。结果2007年大埔县共使用乙肝疫苗16550支,报告接种乙肝疫苗17865支,乙肝疫苗实际使用数较报告数少7.36%,结果"不可信"。16个接种单位结果判定为"不可信",其中7个接种单位乙肝疫苗实际使用数大于报告数,9个接种单位乙肝疫苗实际使用数小于报告数。结论大埔县乙肝疫苗的使用还不够规范,非目标人群使用疫苗和虚报接种数的情况并存。建议卫生行政部门加大督查力度,及时纠正存在问题。

Objective To understand the condition of the immunization program HB vaccine and provide the scientific basis for the reasonable use HB vaccine and the making HB vaccine use plan. Methods The verification vaccination unit vaccine account,with a kind of vaccine report form in the HB vaccine reported that the number carries as the comparison,the reference differential value appraisal law carries on the appraisal. Results In 2007 Dapu County altogether HB vaccine 16550,reported that vaccination HB vaccine 17865,the HB vaccine actual use number reported number few 7.36%, finally ＂is incredible＂. 16 vaccination unit result determines for ＂is incredible＂,7 vaccination unit HB vaccine actual use number is bigger than the report number,9 vaccination unit HB vaccine actual use number is smaller than the report number. Conclusion The Dapu County HB vaccine＇s use also insufficient standard,the non-goal crowd uses the vaccine and makes a false report the vaccination number situation coexisting. Suggested that the administration of public health department increases the supervising dynamics,corrects the existence question promptly.
