妊娠期高血压疾病与PLGF和MMP-9的关系
摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病是常见的妊娠特有疾病,可导致母亲及胎儿出现不同程度的损伤,甚至危及到母亲及胎儿的生命安全。胎盘组织所分泌的那些与血管生成、滋养细胞功能相关的生长因子和酶类,如胎盘生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶-9在胎盘的形成和发育中起到重要作用。而它们的表达异常可以导致HDCP的发生。现将MMP-9和PLGF生物学特性、与正常妊娠的关系及其在HDCP发生发展中的作用做一综述。
