铸造颌垫义齿在修复重度深覆颌患者上前牙缺失中的应用

Casting Jaw Pad for Dentures Deep Overbite Severe in Patients with Anterior Maxillary Lack of Effect of the Deletion

目的观察铸造颌垫式义齿修复重度深覆颌患者上前牙缺失的临床效果。方法对28例重度深覆颌上前牙缺失患者利用铸造颌垫重建咬合关系进行义齿修复。结果除1例患者因金属过敏外,其余效果良好。结论该方法恢复咬合垂直距离,能预防并治疗因咬合垂直高度过低引起的颞下颌关节病变,是一种适用性强、经济、行之有效的修复方法。

Objective Casting jaw observation of dentures pad deep overbite severe in patients with anterior maxillary lack of clinical results. Methods 28 cases of severe deep overbite patients with maxillary anterior missing jaw reconstruction of casting for dentures occlusion. Results Apart from one case of metal allergy patients to switch other methods,the remaining good results. Conclusion The vertical distance occlusal restoration methods. For the prevention and treatment of malocclusion caused by low vertical height of temporomandibular joint disease is a kind of applicability, economic and effective repair methods.
