国产JY液基细胞学制片用于宫颈细胞学诊断2200例分析

Analysis of Cervical Cytology Detected by JY Liquid-based Test:A Study of 2200 Cases

目的通过对宫颈液基细胞学检查结果分析,探讨JY技术在临床诊断上的应用价值。方法对2006年1月～2007年10月2200例液基细胞学制片诊断及部分病理组织学对照分析。结果2200例中制片满意2102例(95.55%)。检出ASC-US110例(5.00%),ASC-H26例(1.10%),LSIL27例(1.23%),HSIL7例(0.32%)。结论国产JY液基细胞学制片技术可作为宫颈细胞学筛查的有效工具。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the JY liquid-based test in clinical diagnostic application. Methods Study the 2200 cases of the JY liquid-based test results in period 2006.1-2007.10. Results In the results of the 2200 cases, 2102（95.55%） were satisfied,ll0（5.00%） were ASC-US,26（1.10%） were ASC-H,27（1.23%） were LSIL,7（0.32%） were HSIL. Conclusion JY liquidbased cytology test ismore propitions to cytologic screen.
