家庭自测血压的应用与评价 被引量：6

摘要 偶测血压(Casual Blood Pressure,CBP)是目前诊断与治疗高血压的重要依据,但有时 CBP 不能反映血压的真实水平,动态血压监测(Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring,ABPM)的普遍应用也受到了限制,而家庭自测血压(Home-measured Blood Pressure,HBP)能提供更多的院外血压信息,更全面、更准确地反映病人真实血压的变化情况,越来越受到重视。现对 HBP 的发展、测量方法、临床应用、评价等方面进行综述。
