Theoretical Thinking on Indigenous Technological Innovation

要大力提高自主技术创新能力，是在理论准备并非十分充分的情况下提出的。对于为什么现在就需要进行自主技术创新，有没有可能进行自主技术创新，如何进行自主技术创新，仍然存在很多疑问。在这种情况下，加强对自主技术创新理论的研究，具有非常重要的意义。笔者将对自主技术创新中的四个重要问题进行一些理论分析，希望对自主技术创新的实践有所帮助。

This article discusses 4 theoretical issues related to indigenous technological innovation: the importance and possibility of indigenous technological innovation;the relationship between buying technology and indigenous technological innovation;the roles of the government and firms in indigenous technological innovation;and the importance of developing local firms based industrial structure.
