It is a key for the personnel training in the Chinese language and literature major to realize the integration between the theoretical thoughts and language application by scientific adjustment of the curriculum system, reform of the teaching content and methodology. This is the background to construct and undergo ＂Tracing Hotspot of Art and Literature in the New Century＂ curriculum. The basic idea of the construction of this course is to deepen the teaching of art and literature so as to construct a bridge between training students＇ research ability and application ability. This undergoing of this course has reached its anticipatory aim and provided some beneficial enlightenment for the reform of the Chinese language and literature major.
