当前高校师生关系的现状、反思与重构

THE PROBLEMS, REFLECTION AND RESTRUCTURING OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENT IN UNIVERSITY

高校师生关系是大学校园里最基本最主要的关系。高校师生关系的稳定、健康、和谐是促进高等教育可持续发展的关键。当前我国高校师生关系存在诸多现实问题,我们应从传统观念、经济体制、多元文化等相关方面对影响师生关系的因素予以反思,并在此基础上重构和谐的新型师生关系模式。

Teacher-student relationship in university is a kind of basic and principle relation in campus. The relationship characterized with good harmonious and steady is a key to high education .Based on analyzing the problems of the development of teacher-student relation at present, this article tries to make reflection on influence which trace to traditional ideas ,economic system and multi-culture and intend to offer suggestions to structure a new model of this relation.
