In recent years,Beijing Institute of Education （BIE） has been adhering to scientific view of development in offering basic and far-sighted comprehensive trainings to meet the needs of teachers and principals alike.These efforts,in line with Beijing municipal government＇s concerns,have brought about development opportunities for BIE.These favorable results are a good embodiment of the idea--＂a small team aiming high＂ put forward by Beijing Education Commission to vividly describe BIE＇s features.
