摘要
校长培训是促进校长专业化的过程,校长专业化就是让校长这个职业群体和个体转变为教育管理专业群体和个体的过程。校长培训要遵循校长成长的规律,要与我国教育的实际、与教育管理科学的发展相结合,形成具有自身特点的培训体制。
Principal Training is the process for realizing principal professional development, which means that principals, both as individuals and in groups, turn into educational management professionals. Therefore, principal training should follow the law of principal development to combine China's educational reality and the trends of educational management science, thus forming a unique training system.
