互联网在国内的回暖升温,带动了电子商务的空前高涨,同时也催生了一种新型的在线支付市场——第三方支付市场。以第三方支付为代表的新型在线支付方式成为中国电子商务发展史上具有里程碑意义的重要推动力。本文从第三方支付的基本概念入手,介绍我国第三方支付发展现状,并重点分析了目前第三方支付存在的问题及相关对策。

Development of internet has led to unprecedented upsurge of electronic-commerce and the third party payment market. The third party payment as the representative of new method of online payment is becoming the important impetus of China e-commerce development process. Began with the definition of the third party payment, the paper introduced the developing situation of third party payment ,and analyzed its problem and countermeasure at present time.
