畜牧投资企业供应链管理模式案例研究

A Case Study on Management Mode of Animal Husbandry

本文根据畜牧投资纵向一体化经营企业的特点,结合山东莱阳春雪食品有限公司经营实际,从微观层次和组织运行角度,对畜牧业产业链上的纵向环节进行建设的上下游畜牧企业之间、企业与农户之间等多个项目主体之间的管理模式进行研究,探索性地提出畜牧投资一体化项目管理模式的发展方向。

according to the characters of vertical integrated animal husbandry ,from the experience of Chunxue company, the paper refers to the organization pattern and joint mechanism between several project subjects such as upstream and downstream enter4prises and enterprise and household etc, which carries out construction at the vertical links at animal husbandry industry chain ,the study has tentatively suggested a direction concerning the development of organization mode of vertical integrated animal husbandry.
