The practical skills training of higher logistics vocational educational students should be performed in real enterprise. The paper emphasizes this necessity and analyzes the perplexity and reasons of school-enterprise cooperation in current Chinese higher logistics vocational education. On the basis of analysis, tactic was provided to promote the school-enterprises cooperation and personnel training in higher logistics vocational education.
