稀释水调浓水力式流浆箱结构初步设计研究

Preliminary Study on the Structure of the Dilution Water Adjusting Consistency Hydrodynamic Headbox

稀释水调浓水力式流浆箱由方锥等压布浆器、多孔管束匀整单元、稀释水加入调节单元、混合室、湍流发生器等部件组成,浆料从锥形进浆总管进入流浆箱,通过管束使浆料均匀分布和流送到混合室,在管束上方安装有稀释水调浓装置,在湍流发生器内浆料经流道截面由圆形渐变为方形的流道进行整流,并得到高强微湍动。研究结果表明,稀释水调浓水力式流浆箱使浆流中纤维分散均匀且流态稳定,不产生絮聚,纸张成形后的横幅定量差小。

The dilution water adjusting consistency hydrodynamic head box is consisted of step diffuser, perforated-pipe distributor, dilution water adding equipment, mixing chamber and turbulent generator. The pulp enteres the headbox from the step diffuser, then passes through the perforated-pipe distributor and enters the mixing chamber, this structure can separate the fibers and decrease the flocculation. The dilution water adjusting equipment is mounted on the perforated-pipe distributor, the pulp receives the high intensity and micro-scale turbulence when passing the turbulent generator where the flow section is changed gradually from circular shape to be rectangular. The research results showed the dilution water adjusting consistency hydrodynamic headbox can separate the fiber, decrease the flocculation, and make the pulp flow pattern stable, result in the sheet with uniform CD basis weight profile.
