学生主体地位与我国大学排行榜指标的设计

摘要 大学排行在公众眼里是了解大学教育的重要信息渠道。而我国目前的大学排行很难全面反映在校生的情况,数据过于单薄,不能正确反映一所大学人才培养效率状况。基于学生角度的大学排行榜指标设计应遵循三条原则:一是为高中毕业生和大学新生起到咨询和引导作用;二是关注学生在校的学习和生活状况;三是增加对学生毕业及毕业后状况的考察。这三方面能够较为全面地反映一所大学对学生的吸引力、教学质量、学校人才培养质量以及社会、用人单位对大学的认可度等。 University ranking is an important information channel to understanding the university education for the public. But China's current university ranking is too weak to reflect the university education efficiently. The indicators based on the students perspective should be follow three principles: Firstly, playing advisory and guiding role for high school graduates and college freshmen; secondly, concerning with the study and living conditions of the school students; thirdly, increasing the indicators of graduate and the status after graduation. These three areas can be more fully reflect on a university's attractiveness to students and teaching quality and the recognized degree of the community and employers.
