摘要
以狭叶荨麻叶为原料,采用乙醇提取,经液-液萃取、正丁醇萃取部分用D101型大孔吸附树脂和硅胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,得到一种甾体皂苷,并通过化学与光谱手段初步鉴定为胡萝卜苷。
The ethanol extract from Urtica angustifolia leaves was separated and purified by the combination of liquid-liquid extraction, DIO1 maeroporous resin absorption and silica gel column chromatography. A steroidal saponin was obtained and its structure was identified by spectroscopic analysis technique and chemical methods.
