老年人群高尿酸血症与代谢综合征的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查老年体检人员的代谢综合征(MS)及高尿酸血症的发病情况。方法检测体检人员的身高、体质量、腰围、血压、心率、体质量指数、尿酸、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇等指标,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果老年男性MS发病率为14.2%,老年女性MS发病率为20.6%。高尿酸血症者24.67%,其中伴发MS的有18.9%,而血尿酸正常者的MS发病率为14.7%,高尿酸血症者的MS患病率明显高于血尿酸正常者。伴有高尿酸血症的MS患者的高血压、脑梗死、冠心病、脂肪肝、肥胖及高三酰甘油的发病率较高。结论MS患者中高尿酸血症发生率较高,并发高尿酸的MS患者更易患有心脑血管疾病。 Objective To investigate the proportion of metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia in elderly people who attended the physical examination.Methods Height,weight,waistline,blood pressure,heart rates,body mass index(BMI),uric acid,plasma glucose,cholesterol,triglyceride,high—density lipoprotein were measured.The results.Results The prevalences of MS in men and women were 14.2% and 20.6%.In 559 elderly people hyperuricemia was 24.67%,among which 18.9% patients with hyperuricemia got metabolic syndrome.But the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 14.7% in elderly people who had normal uric acid.The prevalence of metabolic syndrome within hyperuricemia was higher than that within normal uric acid.The prevalelence of hypertension,stroke,coronary heart disease,fatty liver,obesity and dyslipidemia were more familiar in patients who suffered from metabolic synderome and hyperuricemia.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia in MS is high.The patients of MS who get hyperuricemia suffered atherosclerosis disease more easily.
