护理干预降低电子肠镜电灼术患者焦虑的对照研究

Comparative effects of nursing intervention on the anxiety in patients receiving electrofulguration under enteroscope

目的探讨对电子肠镜电灼术患者术前焦虑的护理干预方法和效果。方法将80例电子肠镜电灼术患者分为两组,对照组(40例)采用常规准备,干预组(40例)在常规护理的基础上进行术前知识讲解、心理沟通和放松训练等护理干预,分别于通知手术日、手术当日晨采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行问卷调查。结果患者术前焦虑分值(44.26±6.48),明显高于正常人(29.78±0.46),P<0.01。对照组前后焦虑程度比较差异无统计学意义(43.85±6.69 vs 44.98±6.63,P>0.05);护理干预组干预前后焦虑分值比较差异有统计学意义(45.36±4.75 vs 41.62±6.38,P<0.05)。结论护理干预可有效降低电子肠镜下电灼术患者术前的焦虑情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention on anxiety in patients receiving electrofulguration under enteroscope.Methods 80 scheduled patients were randomized into control group and intervention group（40 for each group）.Control group were nursed routinely,and intervention group got an additional nursing intervention by receiving related knowledge education,psychological intervention and releasing training before operation.Thereafter,the patients were determined the anxiety degree by self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） on the operation-informed day and the morning of operation day,respectively.Results The anxiety degree of all patients was significantly higher than that of normal control（44.26±6.48 vs 29.78±0.46,P〈0.01）.Comparing the results of normal control,there was no remarkable change（43.85±6.69 vs 44.98±6.63,P〉0.05）.However,significant difference occurred in the two determination of the intervented patients（45.36±4.75 vs 41.62±6.38,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention before operation can effectively decrease anxiety in patients receiving electrofulguration under enteroscope.
